Exchange

If the size doesn’t fit or you received a damaged/wrong item, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Please message us on WhatsApp at 0302-4022974 with your order details and a photo of the item.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or wrong items delivered. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Accessories and sale/clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or store credit, as applicable.
